About education system in INDIA

Indian education system so far devloped itself to great extent by providing fund to poor for studies providing food and primary education free to people below poverty line but still it lags in quality people doing B-SC,M-SC etc and still remain jobless due to quality of education as most of doing it for the sake of doing it as a trendz but i think children should be given quality eduaction by testing their IQ in childhood according to it they provide fields i.e according to their area of interest so that they can excel themselves and prove their mettle in future....so its an urge to our education minister please do think about it..........
